Cambodian Legal Education Center

Human Rights volunteers work with the Cambodian Legal Education Center (CLEC) which is headed by Mr Bo Pao, who is one of the most well-known human rights activist in Cambodia. The organisation is a not-for-profit NGO which focuses on a variety of Human Rights issues, promoting human rights, legal education and consultation. The organisation works to represent local communities and develop laws that are in the public interest. CLEC also trains groups like the Employers Council in workers rights and trains Commune councils so they understand the rights communities possess.
