Samdech Hun Sen was expected to sign agreements on bilateral cooperation with France and to ask the French government to appoint its judges for a proposed genocide tribunal for surviving leaders of the Khmer Rouge, a presidential adviser said. The Cambodian prime minister was due to meet with French business leaders Tuesday before leaving on Wednesday, according to the AP.
