Political Power, Cambodian Style in phnompenh
Today the CPP, the Cambodian People's Party, held a huge rally at Olympic Stadium and thousands of students were on the streets early this morning making their way there. The CPP loves to bring in lots of students to swell the ranks at such rallies. The kids get CPP T-shirts and hats and the politicians get good background pictures on the evening news.
